Paychecks are distributed bi-weekly via USPS mail or direct deposit. Mailed checks can take 3-10 business days, direct deposits are made on the check date, every other Friday. Please refer to the schedule at the bottom of this page. *Holidays may delay mailed checks.
Direct Deposit
To set up, please email your JET Manager a picture of one of the following:
- Direct deposit form from your bank
- Voided check
- Screenshot from your bank’s app with account & routing numbers, please note the name on the account and whether it is a checking or savings account
*Direct deposits take 2 pay periods to go into effect. You may still receive 1 more paper paycheck while the banks finish their authorization process. It is the employee’s responsibility to notify JET of any bank account changes/closures by the last day of the pay period. A $75 fee will be assessed back to the employee if a direct deposit is kicked back and JET was not notified before payroll closed.

Employee Self Service Portal (ESS)
If you would like to enroll to view paystubs and W2’s online, go to https://identity.payentry.com and select
“Don’t have an account?”.
This will take you to the employee look up where you will enter information as it is on your paycheck. First Name, Last Name & Social Security #.
You will be emailed a link to complete the set up.
Once you’ve enrolled, the employee self service (ESS) link to bookmark is https://identity.payentry.com
